Steve was assigned a specific project that was in progress when he joined. His tasks were to update existing custom transaction to incorporate new security requirements and to draft and own the cutover planning. Steve was able to integrate with the team quickly and took on his tasks right away.  Steve communicates well with the business and brings any issues he is having to light in the appropriate manner.
