I've always believed that one of the most successful characteristics in a company or person is integrity. • Been happily married for 10 years, has four children (Daniel, Monica, Rebecca, and Patrick), and an Old-English Bulldog named Gus).

• In his free time he likes to slow-smoke pulled pork, brisket, and ribs! Love me some Q!
