Kumar is responsible for upstream and downstream SAP strategy, deployment and optimization using value and systems engineering. Throughout his career, he has developed change management models for process and organizational optimization. He has also led teams to improve software design, Metric and KPI's, digital business transformational strategy, and risk management.
